Nanosoft Development presented the real experience of using BIM technologies at the 5th Annual International BIM Forum

The organizer of the forum is Batiactu Groupe, a Russian provider of information services in the field of construction, real estate and architecture.

The International Forum combined a rich business program with exhibition work, which showcased innovative solutions from industry leaders. Best practices for the application of BIM technologies are presented.

Representatives of major customers in the field of civil and industrial construction, design and engineering organizations, information technology companies, research institutes and manufacturers of building materials shared their real experience in the field of digitization.

Among the speakers at the event were Pavel Globukov, Consultant for Information Modeling Technologies of the Moscow Construction Department, Igor Rogachev, Head of the Competence Center for the Implementation of Information Modeling Technologies of Russian Railways, Roman Sidorenko, Head of Project of Experience of the Moscow State Office, and many others.

Nanosoft Development was represented by Denis Ozhigin, CTO, Tatyana Tolstova, Lead Technical Specialist in the Product Management Department, Andrey Koshkarov, Director of Product Marketing, and Maxim Badaev, Head of SB and CS Project in the Product Engineering Department.

On December 8, Andrei Koshkarov spoke at the session “Native software for the formation and maintenance of information models” in the main hall.

He drew the attention of forum participants to the report “Local Shared Data Environment to Preserve the Lifecycle of Capital Construction Projects – Model and CADLib File. Pilot Projects”.

Andrei Koshkarov formulated his impressions of the two-day meeting as follows:

On December 9th, in the Small Hall, in the session “Information Modeling of Engineering Systems: Cases and Technologies”, Maxim Badaev made a presentation on “The advantages of BIM technologies in the context of the design and operation of fire automation systems, taking into account the new SP 484.1311500.2020”.

Speaking of organizations and experts who have shown interest in the forum, he notes that “they are not just design organizations and software manufacturers, but also vendors of equipment for engineering systems.

The equipment manufacturer is a key player in the modeling technology of the information. Equipment models are part of the raw data for creating an engineering system model”.
