Superb online publications in bulk and pieces: German publisher Bench Insider buys for $560 million

Axel Springer, which publishes about 150 different newspapers and magazines in 32 countries, plans to buy a copy of Business Insider online. The deal is valued at around $560 million, according to RE/Code.
